Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F
  1. Blossom Instructions

    Freeze until use.

    If using microwave: Remove from packaging. Place blossom on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave until blossom is heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove fro microwave. Bon appétit!

    If using oven: Remove from packaging. Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place blossom on a baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until blossom is heated though, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!

  2. Cookie Skillet Instructions

    Refrigerate or freeze until use.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove from plastic packaging; keep cookie in aluminum pan. Bake in hot oven, 18-23 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Let cool slightly. Bon appétit!
