Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Potato Skins Instructions

    Freeze until use. For food safety: Heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

    If using microwave: Remove from packaging. Place potato skins on a microwave-safe plate in a single layer. Microwave on high until heated through, 1 minute.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Bon appétit!

    If using oven: Remove from packaging. Adjust oven rack to middle position. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potato skins on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in hot oven until heated through, 14-18 minutes.
